About this role
Help us deliver accurate billing and exceptional customer experiences. You will play a critical role within the Electricity Industry Operations team, focusing on investigating and resolving billing and supply issues that lead to inaccurate or fictitious debt on customer accounts. Working closely with Billing, Debt, Settlement, and Metering teams, you will review, validate, and correct customer accounts to ensure billing accuracy and full compliance with industry, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
