Sr. Director, Agency Partnerships – NORAM (Pod Lead) Smartly.io is hiring a Sr. Director, Agency Partnerships – NORAM to expand and accelerate growth across our North America agency portfolio. This role serves as a Pod Lead, owning a defined set of strategic agency relationships while leading a pod of Agency Development Partners (ADPs) to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. This is a player-coach role with direct individual revenue responsibility, in addition to accountability for the pod’s overall team target. Success requires a leader who can actively sell, lead complex deals, and coach others while operating at the intersection of agency influence, enterprise sales execution, and internal orchestration.
