About this role

Manage the complete user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and account modifications across Active Directory, Office 365, and related systems. Provide L2 technical support to users across APAC offices and manage escalations from local L1 support teams, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs. Monitor servers and storage systems, respond to alerts, plan capacity, and address performance or availability issues proactively. Administer, patch, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2025 environments, including handling hardware faults, firmware updates, and warranty upgrades with OEM vendors.
