The Digital Innovation Executive drives the digital transformation of our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations. The role sits at the intersection of FM operations, technology and data – deploying and administering the FM digital ecosystem, turning operational data into actionable insight, and championing innovation across sites. Beyond technical delivery, the role partners closely with the operations team and clients. We are looking for someone forward-looking and forward-thinking – an approachable, outgoing communicator who brings a human touch to technology, builds trust with stakeholders and lifts client engagement.
