About this role
Key Responsibilities Manage complete MEP execution for commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals. Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Utility services. Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, statutory requirements, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and utility agencies. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Review shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and inspection requests. Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.…
