Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the planning, design coordination, execution, and delivery of building projects within MET City. Oversee construction activities for industrial, commercial, institutional, residential, and support buildings as applicable under the project. Review architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, developers, utility agencies, and internal stakeholders for timely project execution.
