Role Purpose The Senior Manager / Manager, Strategy & Operations supports the development and execution of Group-wide strategic initiatives, corporate transformation programmes and operational excellence initiatives. Working closely with EXCO, Business Line CEOs and Corporate Functions, the role is responsible for driving strategic planning, coordinating cross-functional programmes, monitoring execution and delivering high-impact outcomes across the Group.
