About this role

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tokyo of Japan from posting job ads and sourcing talent to interviewing and making offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring plans, selection criteria, and identify the best-fit candidates for each team. Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with qualified candidates. Maintain a robust candidate database and pipeline for future hiring needs. Conduct new hire orientation and support their onboarding journey. Ensure timely and accurate updates of new hires’ information in the Workday system. Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment projects across Japan. Organize and run local office events, such as employee outings and CSR activities. Provide support for HR and employer branding projects as needed.…
