About this role

1.【业绩目标】负责管理苏州区域，管理好公司人民币业务，其中重点品线（Allevyn/PICO）的业务成长。推动RISE战略 2.【渠道管理】负责区域内所有经销商的开发及日常管理工作；区域中重点经销商进行月度review，聚焦于经销商的进销存管理的合理化以及经销商团队的培训和带教，所辖区域的业务的增长，以达到和超过我们的业务指标要求。 3.【日常销售】建立3C（关怀、合作、勇敢）的团队文化：1）及时准确提交周报，发掘并定期修改业务机会。参加团队周会/月度&季度Review会议。保证IMS数据的真实有效性和及时性。2）积极参加区域及公司培训，成绩达标，力争优秀。积极分享成功经验，相互帮助，重点项目上合作推进，关注新同事的成长。3）日常客户拜访达到平均>8家客户或>15人次/周有效拜访（工作周），半年内完成>2家KA医院信息表格内容的填写。 4.【市场管理】通过有效的市场活动，宣传SN AWM的品牌效应：1）每个季度所辖区域参与至少1场大型学术活动。2）合理合规管理个人差旅费用不超过预算，合理合规的使用公司样品，用于提升客户操作习惯和品牌知名度。3）按照公司销售策略，市场和产品策略在所辖区域中积极落地。 Stay connected by joining our Talent Community .
