JOB SUMMARY: Production Leads are responsible for several bakery manufacturing activities. Candidates must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to help direct the workforce and perform all operator & utility jobs. Must be able to give and follow instructions (written & verbal), safely and accurately operate bakery equipment and maintain GMP standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up line and follow product from start to finish Ensure operators are present and communicate with supervisor. Respond to trouble calls. Ensure line is running efficiently and maintain GMP standards Monitor employee's performance to make sure each employee is doing their job.…
