People Operations Partner

At SnapSoft, we are scaling rapidly and evolving from an early-stage setup into a more structured, globally operating organization. To support this growth, we are looking for a People Operations leader who will build and scale a robust, efficient, and employee-centric operational foundation as we grow from 150 to 300 employees. This is a hands-on role combining strategic ownership with operational execution. You will design and implement scalable People Operations processes while also managing day-to-day activities such as employee lifecycle changes, employee queries, and data integrity.
