Background construction and external management for pc/console game development Specifically: Build semi-3D backgrounds based on background illustrations. Propose 3D visual elements (e.g., effects, interactive gimmicks, material creation). Manage outsourcing tasks, including progress tracking, quality control, and acting as the point of contact with partner companies. Assist the lead and support the training of junior team members. Requirements Must-have: Experience handling final visual adjustments for entire stages, including post-processing. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Maya, Substance 3D, and Photoshop. 2+ years of development experience using Unreal Engine or Unity. Nice-to-have: Familiarity with CLIP STUDIO. Skills and interest in 2D tasks such as concept art.…
