About this role

SOFTGAMES is looking for an innovative Technical Game Designer with a passion for AI, game development, and workflow optimization. Your mission is not simply to build AI tools and pipeline optimization, but to create products that help game teams work faster, smarter, and more effectively. As one of the first AI-focused product specialists in our studio, you will identify production bottlenecks, design intuitive solutions, and drive the adoption of AI-powered workflows across multiple teams. You will work closely with game teams across the company, combining game design, AI, technology, and user experience to create solutions that make people’s work easier and more effective.
