The role… At Soho House, the Head of People will oversee the team that is responsible for the employees in our regional based properties and support function. As the Head of People, you will report to and work closely with our VP of Operations and the Managing Director. The individual in this role will serve as the directors’ strategic partner, leading all aspects of P&D management, enhancing the people infrastructure to support the company’s substantial growth. This position also requires a specific focus on further developing the culture and values of the company.
