Deine Mission: Als Senior Performance Creative Lead bist du der Architekt unserer Marktansprache. Du verbindest harte Performancedaten mit echtem Kundenverständnis und übersetzt beides in Creatives, die messbar verkaufen. Während Algorithmen das Media Buying übernehmen, liegt der entscheidende Hebel bei dir. Du entwickelst Strategien, Hooks und Botschaften, die im Markt funktionieren und skalieren. Dein Fokus liegt auf unserer Zielgruppe der Eigenheimbesitzer zwischen 30 und 70 Jahren. Du verstehst ihre Motive, ihre Einwände und ihre Entscheidungsprozesse und nutzt dieses Wissen, um Creatives zu entwickeln, die nicht nur Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen, sondern konsequent zur Handlung führen.…
