About this role
Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager, the Workforce Planning Coordinator is a key operational role within the Workforce Planning team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of Blueprint, [solidcore]’s internal scheduling platform. In this role, you will own back-end platform management, Area Manager support, inbox operations, and the reporting that keeps scheduling decisions running smoothly across all studio locations. You’ll also contribute to cross-functional workforce planning efforts by supporting the creation of training materials, release communications, and resources that enable studio teams to use Blueprint effectively and consistently.…
