Come work at the best place to give and receive care! Job Description: Who We Are: The Fitch unit is a 45 bed, Acute Care Medical Unit, with approximately 120 employees. The average patient census is 40 patients and specialties focusing on sepsis, respiratory, diabetes, GI, oncology, end of life, and some surgical. The Fitch unit provides an outstanding supportive environment and advanced training for its staff. The unit also offers a relaxation room for its employees to decompress and relief stress. The nursing staff is supported by a charge RN and team lead, whose focus is to make this the best place to give and receive care. Many years ago, our staff came up with our unit’s own mission and vision.…
