About this role
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our AR and Credit team, where you will work from the Warsaw offices in a hybrid model to provide expertise on Credit Risk, seek solutions to remove credit blocks and guide Sony’s sales teams and customers to create strong relationships. As a key member of the function, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day credit risk, order releases, processing claims, dispute resolution, and avoiding bad debts in your region. Providing expert credit risk advice and resolving issues for Sony businesses and multiple entities, including consumer and B2B customers, will be part of your daily responsibilities.…
