About this role

The Senior Manager, Business Partner People & Organization is responsible for providing human resources generalist support to all lines of business operating in Brazil in the areas of recruiting, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations. Core Responsibilities 30% - Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Occupational Health, Vendor Management Partner with the Compensation team to review and interpret market analysis and provide recommendations on salary actions, promotions, organizational structure changes, and compensation packages.
