About this role

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to exercise administrative control and monitors performance of the collections staff to ensure satisfactory performance to department goals and charge off performance within all state and federal legal requirements, corporate cultural requirements and quality standards. Essential duties include the following: Determines appropriate workload for Collections personnel, suggests work schedules to meet and maintain optimum performance, customer contact timeframes, volume demands and FTE utilization with cost effectiveness. Maintains communication with financial institutions to ensure client expectations are being conveyed. Reviews and recommends employment performance ratings, promotions, salary changes, transfers and termination of subordinate personnel.…
