In this role, you will be responsible for driving volume, operational performance, and company growth by developing high-performing teams, scalable processes, and a culture of accountability. You will translate business objectives into operational execution, develop strong managers, and continuously improve capacity, efficiency, and homeowner experience across the production funnel.
