The Manager – Apparel Sourcing is responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing activities, including sample development, costing, vendor onboarding, production follow-up, and supplier performance. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven delivery through effective planning, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with regular travel to supplier and factory locations. Manage end-to-end sourcing and production execution for apparel and accessories. Drive capacity planning, production scheduling, and supplier lead-time optimization. Monitor production progress through TNA (Time & Action Calendar), WIP reports, and production trackers.…
