The Implementation and Onboarding Manager (L3) will be the primary driver of customer success from contract-signed to fully live on SpotDraft. Working with our newest customers in the North America market, you will own the scoping, configuration, and implementation of SpotDraft's product suite — integrated with the client's internal tools and third-party services.
