Growth Manager, Japan

Spotify is looking for a Growth Manager to help accelerate user and subscriber growth in Japan. This role will play a key part in shaping and executing Japan-specific growth strategies, working closely with cross-functional partners both locally and globally. As a Growth Manager, you will lead end-to-end growth initiatives — from strategic planning through execution and performance analysis — while navigating a highly collaborative and matrixed environment. You’ll combine strong analytical thinking with curiosity and adaptability, helping Spotify continue to grow in one of its most unique and dynamic markets.
