Spotlight Media is a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) producing high-performing short-form video content for a growing roster of brands. We're building out our content team and looking for a creative, hands-on Content Producer to lead production operations and drive content output across all beauty brands we work with.
About the Role
This is a hands-on production role for someone who loves all things content — from scripting concepts to production to final edit across multiple beauty brands and beyond. You'll manage the Production Assistants, build shoot plans and timelines across all brands, and make sure every batch runs on time.…
