Railcar Repair Operations Supervisor

Responsible for the entire cycle of operations, the quality of production, and the supervision and safety of all crew members at each worksite assigned to you. Customer Service – Ensure quality repairs are made on a timely basis and communication with all customers and stakeholders is effective. Safety – Ensure every task is approached with safety in mind and the proper PPE is utilized without exception while on the job. Ensure that a proactive approach to safety is taken when identifying risks at the worksite. Ensure that teams have been trained properly and the training is documented effectively.
