About this role
Business Application Specialist Are you the first point of contact for our customers? Full-time · France As a Business Application Specialist, you will absorb all functionality that our S3 Passenger application offers. Next to that you are the first point of contact for our customers. Through various channels (Slack, JIRA, email) incidents and questions will be your responsibility and need to be resolved according to our SLA agreements. You know how to analyse the customer’s questions and offer them a solution because you know all the ins and outs of our S3 Passenger application and are also familiar with our customer’s business.
