About this role

Nous recrutons des télévendeurs motivés et combatifs pour des missions de vente en appels sortants dans le secteur de l’énergie - Full remote! Missions Principales: Contacter par téléphone les prospects opt-in. Présenter les offres d’énergie. Identifier les besoins, lever les objections et conclure la vente. Garantir un discours de qualité et une approche professionnelle. Conditions de collaboration: Volume horaire : 28h/semaine minimum ( du lundi au vendredi, possibilité de travailler les samedis ). Rémunération : 4,5€/h fixe par mois + primes (bonus au contrat vendu). Profil recherché: Expérience confirmée en télévente B2C Energie . Excellentes compétences en communication et persuasion. Goût prononcé pour les challenges et forte résilience face aux refus.…
