Position Summary: Effectively teach, train, and convert the customer base in the covered market on the value, service, and merits of Ames Tools. Converting sold tool users, banjo users, and hand finishers to the Ames rental model. Effectively growing the market they oversee to the prescribed tool and taper goals that Ames has set each year. Using the features and benefits of Ames tools and merchandise model to aggressively write sales orders for merchandise to be sold through the stores or delivered when applicable. Duties & Responsibilities: Territory Management Meet customers and assess their needs. Conduct a dynamic tools presentation and provide instruction to prospective tool users.
