Job Description: As one of our Personal Care Assistant (Living Support Partners) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Mitchelton . Living Support Partners provide direct care and assistance to resident with all activities of daily living. They partner with residents to support their daily routine, lifestyle and choices and ensure they feel safe, valued, respected and engaged. This position is to work as an effective household member and is supervised, providing care for residents in a specific household.
