Als Portfolio Lead - Learning Content (all genders) verantwortest Du die strategische, inhaltliche und operative Entwicklung unseres Trainingsportfolios im Bereich Software Engineering, Cloud und DevOps. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere technischen Trainings fachlich führend, didaktisch exzellent und wirtschaftlich erfolgreich sind, und unterstützt den Aufbau eines skalierbaren, marktführenden Weiterbildungsportfolios für technische Fachkräfte.
Du verbindest Curriculum-Strategie, Produktmanagement und fachliche Führung, steuerst die Entwicklung neuer Trainingsprogramme end-to-end und arbeitest eng mit Learning Content Engineers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing und der Geschäftsführung zusammen.…
