About this role
Jobbeschreibung
Als Head of Learning (all genders) verantwortest Du die Roadmap und Produktion unserer deutschsprachigen Lernprogramme für den gesamten DACH-Markt. Du verzahnst die Produktionsschnittstellen zwischen dem deutschen Team und unserer Learning-Organisation aus dem United Kingdom und stellst dabei sicher, dass wir unsere deutschsprachigen Kunden erstklassige, skalierbare Lernerlebnisse und Produkte anbieten.
Du baust unsere KI-gestützte Content-Production-Pipeline auf und weiter aus, sorgst für hohe Qualität der Lerninhalte und steuerst Budget, Ressourcen und Kapazitäten für den Aufbau und die Skalierung des deutschen Learning-Portfolios.
