Programmer Analyst 6 - Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for the development, design, and implementation of customizable CRM solutions supporting a large-scale contact center environment. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Work with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and any future enhancements. Ensure that technical requirements tie back to established customer requirements and performance goals, and that technical direction is consistent with long-term strategy.
