About this role

Monitor and reconcile inventory of materials and products imported/exported under IMMEX, ensuring alignment with customs and internal records (Anexo 24) Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for customs and IMMEX reporting, including pedimentos, inventory reports, and reconciliation statements. Conduct periodic physical inventory paired up with Materials team. Support internal and external audits by providing inventory-related information and documentation. Assist the IMMEX Coordinator and Supervisor in preparing inventory reports for SAT and Secretaría de Economía. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements.
