About this role

Job Description: Work with cross functional teams to qualify alternate battery cells, electronic modules and other components-based battery packs along with second source development for subcomponents. Provide ongoing technical platform support for existing battery products, implement design changes. Identify and lead value initiatives (VI’s) associated with the product line. Expected to utilize lab test equipment such as data collection equipment, power supply and electronic load to conduct testing. Employ Design of Experiments and other scientific methods to develop/qualify processes. Perform Routine Production Line audits – Travel required. Lead investigations and root cause analysis resulting from manufacturing issues or post sales feedback.…
