Title: Performance Engineering Manager (People Manager) Department: Product Development Reports To: QA Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Summary: Lead and support a Performance Engineering scrum team as a people manager with direct reports, accountable for hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development. Own team operations (Jira administration, reporting, ceremonies, and cross-team coordination) to ensure work is visible, planned, and executed effectively.
