About this role
Who we are looking for The position will support and maintain the production trading of multiple clients. The position will interface daily with the client’s Front Office Trade Management desk staff and act as a subject matter expert and escalation point. Position has daily Client SLA’s and must ensure the team meets internal deadlines in order for the client to trade on time. Triage complex front office product and trading queries. Familiarity with trading software, SQL, as well as excellent interpersonal skills in a Front Office Trading support role. Comfortable with order execution issues, product issues, and proficient in relationship building with trading staff.…
