About this role
Who we are This position is part of the International Benefits team in acknowledgement of the growth in the APAC region. The role will be responsible for the development of the overall employee benefit strategy, execution of the benefit and wellbeing program, including physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. You'll be responsible for the strategic direction, planning, alignment, and design of State Street benefits, retirement and wellbeing strategy across the APAC and India region. Knowledge of multiple countries’ benefits including retirements, for India, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Australia is added advantage.…
