Who we are looking for Looking for a seasoned client reporting professional who will work with SF Operations team to research and respond to client inquiries accurately and in a timely manner. Escalate and report issues, including systems related issues to the appropriate groups, track and ensure resolution. Ensure that all activities are executed correctly and timely, including any appropriate actions are taken to resolve exceptions. Follow up with the respective groups, e.g. SF Operations, Data Control, etc. for evidence of completeness. Make certain that exceptions are communicated to Account Management and CSS in a timely manner.…
