About this role

Role Summary The Telemetry Analyst will own the day-to-day observability view of our end-to-end QA environments in Microsoft Azure Cloud. This person will utilize Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Kibana, and Grafana to monitor application health, validate software deployments, identify early-warning signals, and translate telemetry into actionable recommendations that improve system stability before issues reach production. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with these tools and would have an active role in the operational support model. This candidate will directly investigate incidents and root cause indicators, or in close partnership with software deployment engineering using real-time telemetry to confirm releases are clean, stable, and performing as expected.…
