About this role
The Knowledge Management Lawyer (KML) - Tax is responsible for helping to develop the Tax Practice Group’s knowledge strategy and implementing projects to meet the Practice Group’s knowledge needs. The KML will leverage their legal expertise, knowledge management best practices, and advanced technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered tools and solutions. These tools will enable the KML to enhance knowledge capture, improve efficiency, clarity, and speed of execution in the advice provided by the Tax Practice Group across the Firm’s private equity and other fundraising, M&A deals, real estate investments, capital markets offerings, and other matters.…
