Job Description Head Women’s Basketball Coach Department: Athletics and Recreation Reports to: Assistant Vice President and Director of Athletics and Recreation Position Summary The Head Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and administration of a highly competitive NCAA Division III women’s basketball program. This role includes but is not limited to coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, fund raising, and ensuring compliance with all institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations. Primary Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the women’s basketball program, including practices, competitions, and player development.
