Department: Operations Job Description: JOB SUMMARY : The Operations Manager has direct oversight and influence over all logistics activity within a defined geographic market. Overall, you are accountable for establishing priorities and providing leadership to the people at the core of our company operations who coordinate daily freight movements. On a micro level, you produce ongoing analysis of trailer pools, outbound demand, on-time performance, priority of freight, billing, and other details that challenge your ability to balance multiple needs at once.
