Department: Safety Training & Risk Management Job Description: JOB SUMMARY : We are currently seeking a Resident Training Instructor to be a front-line key member of the training team, responsible for providing training direction and safety coaching to a fleet of long-haul drivers with the goal of reducing overall risk. Work is accomplished in tandem with members of our driving Fleet and other leadership in the Safety department, collaboratively focusing on all safety (preventable accidents, citizen complaints, hard braking events, tickets, etc.) and compliance matters regarding specific drivers.…
