Job Description Summary STEMCELL is looking for an IT Support Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting end-user IT equipment and cloud-based apps and tools STEMCELL staff uses. This is a varied role, including support of cloud apps and services like Google Workspaces, common end-user IT equipment (Windows, Apple iOS), and a chance to gain hands-on experience with cloud-based tools & platforms like AWS, Intune/Kandji & Cisco Meraki. To be successful in this role you will need to possess a good understanding of common software and IT equipment, strong independent troubleshooting and task-management skills, and have a passion for delivering consistent customer service.…
