About this role
主要职责： 1.区域安全，遵守安全准则，规范佩戴PPE； 2.遵守各项规章制度； 3.区域5S，在辅导员/主管指导下，参与区域的5S工作； 4.服从部门及主管的工作安排，任何行动都需取得辅导员/主管同意；没有现场人员陪同，不独自去现场并进入设备区域，禁止操作现场设备及相关控制电脑； 5.在辅导员/主管指导下，主要参与工厂的日常巡检和预防保养工作，设备的点检具有特定的标准，通过巡检活动，了解和熟悉设备的属性，同时了解设备运行的正常和异常的区别； 6. 在辅导员指导下，学习如何对设备的异常进行检修作业，包括在线修复和下机修复、备件的周期性更换，从而确保设备运行的可靠性； 7. 在辅导员/主管指导下，当设备计划停机时，参与设备的检修工作； 8. 能够完成备件需求的提报； 9. 完成辅导员或主管安排的其他工作。 岗位要求： 1. 学历及专业要求: 2027年毕业生，大专二年级或本科三年级，机械/电气/仪表/自动化专业优先； 2.语言要求：普通话流利，会英语者优先； 3. 能够适应倒班工作； 4.具备团队合作精神和必要的沟通能力； 5.愿意学习新知识、新技能； 6.具备较强的承受能力，能够处理复杂的事务，并且能够承担更大的责任。
