About this role

Strategic Legal Practices is seeking a full-time Fee Motion Attorney with demonstrated expertise in drafting, opposing, and arguing attorneys’ fee motions in complex litigation. This attorney will play a central role in pursuing and defending the firm’s rights to attorneys’ fees in both state and federal courts. We’re looking for a strategic, tenacious litigator with a strong command of California’s fee-shifting statutes and federal lodestar principles.
