Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Mon – Thurs, 6:00am – 4:30pm What You Will Do: As a Manufacturing Production Lead I, you will support daily operations within Final Processing by coordinating production activities, helping teams achieve performance goals, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a key resource on the production floor, ensuring priorities are aligned and issues are addressed quickly to support customer needs. Coordinate staffing and workflow assignments to support hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. Monitor production performance and adjust resources as needed to meet business objectives.
