About this role

Work Flexibility: Onsite Join Stryker's manufacturing team and help drive operational excellence in a regulated medical device reprocessing environment. This role focuses on improving manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions, increasing production capacity, reducing scrap, and enhancing safety through data-driven engineering practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement sustainable improvements across manufacturing operations.
