Work Flexibility: Hybrid Working alongside the Event Planners the Specialist, Events Planning is an integral part of the team in help planning events. The main purpose of the role is to support the planning team with managing all needs for all events with close supervision and guideline. What you will do Coordinate and manage end-to-end event planning and execution in partnership with event planners and key business stakeholders. Ensure all events comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and country-specific guidelines. Oversee event compliance processes, including adherence to SOX, FCPA, Quality, and corporate compliance standards.
